Pottery Evening At Mudhouse

🪴 Warning: trying pottery with your coworkers may lead to unexpected joy, slightly wonky bowls, and a stronger team.

At Entteri, we’re all about building things - great products, strong teams, and most importantly, a vibrant culture that actually makes people excited to come to work.

So every month (or every other month), we make it a point to pause the hustle, step out of our day-to-day roles, and do something completely different. This time? A pottery session at Mudhouse - and let’s just say, it was equal parts grounding, hilarious, and surprisingly therapeutic. 🌿

And let us tell you - clay has a lot to teach you about creativity, patience, and letting go of perfection.

About a dozen of us from different departments joined in, many of us trying pottery for the first time. The challenge? Create two clay bowls using only our hands and some simple tools.

The results? A beautiful mix of:
- surprisingly elegant pieces
- "abstract" masterpieces
- lots of “wait, this is actually kind of therapeutic!”

It didn’t matter what the bowls looked like - what mattered was that we showed up, got a little messy, and had a great time doing it. ✨

Sure, we love a good mid-week adventure. But these moments aren’t just for the laughs (though we had plenty). They’re how we intentionally shape our culture at Entteri - through experiences that bring people together, spark curiosity, and create real connection beyond job titles or team names.

Whether it’s pottery, ice karting, board games, or something totally off-the-wall next month, these events give us space to:
🎨 Try new things without pressure
🤝 Connect with teammates in a different light
🧠 Recharge and return to work with fresh energy
📸 Make memories that actually stick

Culture, like clay, takes time, intention, and a willingness to shape it together.

Some of us were naturals. Some of us created what we’ll lovingly call “conversation pieces.” 😄 But all of us walked away with something uniquely ours - and that’s what made it so special.

It was a reminder that great work (and great teams) aren’t about getting it right the first time. They’re about showing up, supporting one another, and embracing the process - lumps, bumps, and all.

At Entteri, we’re proud of the work we do - but we’re just as proud of the way we work together. These creative moments away from our desks aren’t a luxury - they’re a part of how we stay energized, inspired, and connected.

Culture isn’t built overnight. It’s shaped - slowly, meaningfully, and with care.
- Sometimes with strategy decks.
- Sometimes with shared laughter.
- And sometimes, with clay.
