Two weeks ago, as the early signs of summer settled in - longer evenings, warm light through the trees, and that first hint of summer in the air, we stepped away from our desks for Entteri’s annual summer party.
It wasn’t a loud event, nor an overly scheduled one. Just a thoughtfully planned evening that gave everyone the chance to take a breath, connect (or disconnect), and spend time in whatever way felt most natural.
Some of us laced up our shoes for a guided walk along the forest trail, where conversation flowed as easily as the breeze. Others grabbed paddles and glided across the still water in canoes, taking in the calm and quiet that only a lake at dusk can offer. A few took on the challenge of a lakeside CrossFit session - pushing limits in the open air, cheered on by colleagues-turned-teammates. For those who preferred something more relaxed, indoor games and good company offered an equally rewarding way to wind down.
Of course, the sauna was waiting too. Not just as a tradition, but as a quiet retreat - warmth, stillness, and the occasional shared silence between people who spend most of their days solving fast-moving problems together.
Then there was the food. Delicious, unpretentious, and shared around tables where new conversations sparked between people who don’t often get the chance to work side by side. These small, easy moments reminded us how important it is to create space for connection, not just within teams, but across the whole company.
Huge thanks to the colleagues who put time, energy, and care into organizing the day. You made it look effortless and made the rest of us feel taken care of.
It wasn’t about doing everything; it was about having options, being present, and enjoying the start of summer in good company.
To everyone we work with and everyone reading this, we wish you a wonderful summer ahead. Here’s to slower evenings, meaningful moments, and time well spent.
