☀️ Sunshine, teamwork, and Finland’s national sport - what more could you want on a Friday? ⚾️🇫🇮
To kick off the weekend with some fun and fresh air, Team Entteri headed out to watch an action-packed pesäpallo match between Manse PP and Kouvolan Pallonlyöjat (KPL) and let’s just say, we’re now unofficial experts thanks to a few secret 'jokeri' on our team!
Turns out, few of our colleagues have played (and still play!) pesäpallo competitively, and having them break down the rules, strategies, and insider tricks added a whole new layer of excitement to the game. Those wild throws and clever base runs made perfect sense and made the experience so much more engaging - suddenly, we were all glued to the action like pros!
What a match it was:
- The regular innings ended in a draw,
- Then came a batting shootout with 5 pairs - still even!
- That led to a nail-biting sudden death round with 3 more pairs - and finally, Manse PP clinched the win! 🏆
We’re now counting down the days until we get to cheer on one of our own when they hit the field this season.
Great weather, great company, and a game that brought us all a little closer. That’s what we call a home run Friday!
